Omelettes! Just as versatile as any stir-fry. Try this COWBOY SURPRISE recipe. It's the bastard child of an omelette crossed with the retarded cousin of a quich. You'll need:

1 x chunk of cheese
2 x stick of leek
1 x tin of baked beans
1 x slice of bread
3 x eggs
2 x slices of ham
1 x pinch of random herbs
1 x large squirt of ketchup

Then just:
1.	Squirt a bit of olive oil into a large frying pan.
2.	Chop up fine the ham and celery.
3.	Crack all 3 eggs into the pan and fry.
4.	Add ham and leek. Mix in and keep frying, without letting anything burn.
5.	Add the beans. Mix in and keep frying.
6.	Tear up the bread and add to mix. Keep frying.
7.	Add the herbs and the ketchup. Mix and keep frying.
8.	Sense when it is all cooked and serve.
