Im not dead. Ive just been sifting through 123-Reg and checking what domains I still own (108 in total) because I had to update my credit card details and realised ive still got a blog, that ive not used for about 7 months.

Well last week was a bit slow on the blogging front, but busy on other fronts! The week in shorts – I have cravings for a house, everyone in travel is loaded, domains are fun & auctions are weird, affiliates are great and work is hard!

After a couple of months off at the beginning of 2008 last week I stepped back into the bloging arena with a couple of posts. I’ve just added a theme that im quite fond of and have started looking at the wordpress source code so I can tweak it myself.

Its about time I took this blog malarkey a bit more seriously (yes I’ve had emails from people wanting to advertise!) so im looking for someone to do me a theme. I’ve looked through the free ones but most are a bit crap.

Well its been forever since I last did a post so though id announce that my blog has finally awoke from its coma and im going to pull my finger out and get posting again! Stay tuned!

I’m going to be getting onto the whole blogroll thing soon with links in the right hand margin. Im pretty much going to link to anyone who reads the my blog so make some comments on my other posts and make sure your URL is included. Free backlink for just one comment? I don’t know an affiliate would wouldn’t!

It was only a matter of time before it happened, well not really as I didn’t know what it was until 10 minutes ago but I’ve been blog tagged – who by? Is it contagious? By Mr James Little who’s also an affiliate manager in the gambing sector and an affiliate (another affiliate affiliate manager) and Kieron from UK Offer who is primerily a PPC affiliate but quickly turning his hand to content sites – a lethal combination!

(this post has taken about a week to write doing the odd word or two at a time due to being busy – Christmas!)
So now I have to state 5 things about myself, here goes…

1. I’ve been an affiliate for about 6 years with my first payment from TradeDoubler back in 2000 for the lovely sum of £32.18 and most of the merchants that I promoted back then either no longer exist or have left TD.
2. Enjoy a gamble – cards, machines anything really
3. Worked at AlphaRooms.com since February
4. Still run and maintain a few of my own affiliate sites as well as some PPC campaignes, all my web ’skills’ so to speak are self taught which im quite proud of
5. It appears I cannot wrap presents that are not square! Next year im just going to put all presents for any one person in a big box and wrap that
